St\u016fl  m\u011bl rozm\u011bry 90 x 45 cm (a v\u00fd\u0161ku 68 cm). <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kadidlo<\/strong> doprov\u00e1zelo chleby, \u010d\u00edm\u017e je z\u0159ejm\u011b ochucovalo, \u010dinilo z oby\u010dejn\u00fdch chleb\u016f speci\u00e1ln\u00ed chleby zaopat\u0159en\u00ed a vd\u011b\u010dnosti. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8 <sup>(<\/sup>Sobotu&nbsp;<em>co<\/em>&nbsp;sobotu<sup>)<\/sup>&nbsp;to bude trvale p\u0159ipravovat p\u0159ed Hospodinem;&nbsp;<em>to<\/em>&nbsp;mezi&nbsp;syny Izraele v\u011b\u010dn\u00e1 smlouva.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>v h. vyj\u00e1d\u0159eno opakov\u00e1n\u00edm vazby: V sobotn\u00ed den<\/em>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chleby byly obm\u011b\u0148ov\u00e1ny jednou t\u00fddn\u011b, v\u017edy v sobotu. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>9 Bude&nbsp;<em>speech,<\/em>&nbsp;pat\u0159it \u00c1ronovi a jeho syn\u016fm a budou to j\u00edst na svat\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b, proto\u017ee&nbsp;<em>speech,<\/em>&nbsp;bude pro n\u011bj nejsv\u011bt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u011bc z Hospodinov\u00fdch ohniv\u00fdch ob\u011bt\u00ed;&nbsp;<em>to<\/em>&nbsp;v\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 ustanoven\u00ed.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Chleby se p\u0159i obm\u011bn\u011b nevyhazovaly, ale jedli je kn\u011b\u017e\u00ed spolu s ostatn\u00edmi svat\u00fdmi potravinami. Po t\u00fddnu musely b\u00fdt tvrd\u00e9, ale chl\u00e9b bylo zvykem nam\u00e1\u010det. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>10 Syn Izraelky,&nbsp;kter\u00fd byl synem Egyp\u0165ana, vy\u0161el mezi syny Izraele. A tento syn Izraelky a n\u011bjak\u00fd Izraelec se v t\u00e1bo\u0159e rvali. 11 Syn Izraelky se rouhal&nbsp;Jm\u00e9nu a prokl\u00ednal.&nbsp;Nato ho p\u0159ivedli k Moj\u017e\u00ed\u0161ovi. Jeho matka se jmenovala \u0160elom\u00edt, dcera Dibr\u00edho, z pokolen\u00ed Danova.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>h.: probodl; n.: napadl (Jm\u00e9no); [vlastn\u00ed skutek je ot\u00e1zkou v\u00fdkladu: bu\u010f ji\u017e t\u00edm, \u017ee vyslovil Hospodinovo jm\u00e9no, nebo pou\u017eil Jm\u00e9no v ur\u00e1\u017eliv\u00e9m spojen\u00ed \u010di proklel protivn\u00edka za pou\u017eit\u00ed Jm\u00e9na];<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0160lo o poru\u0161en\u00ed t\u0159et\u00edho p\u0159ik\u00e1z\u00e1n\u00ed. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jak\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed Bo\u017e\u00edho jm\u00e9na je rouh\u00e1n\u00edm v dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b? Bran\u00ed Bo\u017e\u00edho jm\u00e9na nadarmo, jak se n\u011bkdy p\u0159ekl\u00e1d\u00e1? Tedy &#8222;b\u011b\u017en\u00e9&#8220; v\u00fdk\u0159iky &#8222;Je\u017e\u00ed\u0161i Kriste&#8220; \u010di &#8222;Pane Bo\u017ee&#8220;? Nebo vylo\u017een\u011b magick\u00e9 <strong>zneu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong>, \u010darov\u00e1n\u00ed za pou\u017eit\u00ed Bo\u017e\u00edho jm\u00e9na?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tato kazuistika ukazuje sp\u00ed\u0161e prvn\u00edm sm\u011brem &#8211; ten \u010dlov\u011bk se rval a p\u0159i rva\u010dce ve vzteku z\u0159ejm\u011b n\u011bco vyk\u0159ikoval, h\u00e1zel na protivn\u00edka nad\u00e1vky ve smyslu: Chc\u00edpni, ve jm\u00e9nu H.? Nebo: A\u0165 je proklet\u00fd ten v\u00e1\u0161 \u017eidovsk\u00fd B\u016fh? Nen\u00e1vid\u00edm toho va\u0161eho Boha H-na? N\u011bco podobn\u00e9ho.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ve vzteku rva\u010dky z n\u011bj z\u0159ejm\u011b &#8222;vybublalo&#8220; to, co bylo ukryto v jeho srdci &#8211; tedy nen\u00e1vist k Hospodinu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jde o kazuistiku, z n\u00ed\u017e bude vyvozeno obecn\u00e9 pravidlo, <strong>precedens<\/strong>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0160lo o polovi\u010dn\u00edho \u017dida. Nen\u00ed jmenov\u00e1n, jeho matka ano..<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>12 Nechali ho u str\u00e1\u017ee, aby zjistili rozhodnut\u00ed podle Hospodinova p\u0159\u00edkazu.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>n.: a\u017e by se dozv\u011bd\u011bli;&nbsp;<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nikdo v\u010detn\u011b Moj\u017e\u00ed\u0161e se nehnali do rozsudku. \u010cekali, co \u0159ekne Hospodin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>13 Hospodin promluvil k Moj\u017e\u00ed\u0161ovi: 14 Vyve\u010f toho, kdo prokl\u00ednal, ven za t\u00e1bor. V\u0161ichni, kdo&nbsp;<em>.<\/em>&nbsp;sly\u0161eli, polo\u017e\u00ed ruce&nbsp;na jeho hlavu a cel\u00e1 pospolitost ho ukamenuje.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hospodin\u016fv rozsudek  byl nekompromisn\u00ed &#8211; hrozn\u00e1 smrt z rukou sv\u011bdk\u016f. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>15 A k syn\u016fm Izraele promluv: Ka\u017ed\u00fd, kdo by prokl\u00ednal sv\u00e9ho Boha, ponese&nbsp;<em>trest<\/em>&nbsp;za sv\u016fj h\u0159\u00edch.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rouh\u00e1n\u00ed z\u0159ejm\u011b pravdiv\u011b odkr\u00fdv\u00e1 to, co m\u00e1 \u010dlov\u011bk ukryto v srdci. Dobr\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk nem\u016f\u017ee Hospodina nen\u00e1vid\u011bt a rouhat se Mu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>16 A ten, kdo se rouh\u00e1 Hospodinovu jm\u00e9nu, bude jist\u011b usmrcen; cel\u00e1 pospolitost ho jist\u011b ukamenuje. P\u0159\u00edchoz\u00ed i domorodec, jestli\u017ee se rouh\u00e1 Jm\u00e9nu, bude usmrcen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Precedens byl jasn\u011b definov\u00e1n. Platil i pro p\u0159\u00edchoz\u00ed &#8211; ti museli respektovat m\u00edstn\u00ed &#8222;zvyklosti&#8220;. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nep\u0159ich\u00e1zelo v \u00favahu, \u017ee by p\u0159\u00edchoz\u00ed vnucovali sv\u016fj pohled nebo sv\u00e9 n\u00e1bo\u017eenstv\u00edm Izraelc\u016fm; museli se sami p\u0159izp\u016fsobit. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>17 Kdy\u017e n\u011bkdo zabije jak\u00e9hokoliv \u010dlov\u011bka,&nbsp;jist\u011b bude usmrcen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>h.: ubije jakoukoliv du\u0161i \u010d.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O trestu smrti se vedou nekon\u010d\u00edc\u00ed debaty &#8211; nap\u0159. zda existuje jeho odstra\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed vliv na z\u00e1va\u017enou trestnou \u010dinnost. Nikdy nen\u00ed tak\u00e9 stoprocentn\u011b odstran\u011bna mo\u017enost justi\u010dn\u00edho omylu, apod.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je, \u017ee B\u016fh jej zjevn\u011b pova\u017euje za vra\u017edu (do zna\u010dn\u00e9 m\u00edry i za zabit\u00ed) adekv\u00e1tn\u00ed a jedin\u00fd mo\u017en\u00fd. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u016f\u017eeme si kl\u00e1st ot\u00e1zku, hraje-li v tom roli, \u017ee v tehdej\u0161\u00ed spole\u010dnosti nebyla alternativa (v\u011bzen\u00ed z technick\u00fdch d\u016fvod\u016f nep\u0159ich\u00e1zelo v \u00favahu). Osobn\u011b se domn\u00edv\u00e1m, \u017ee nikoliv, tedy \u017ee <strong>trest smrti je za vra\u017edu adekv\u00e1tn\u00ed a spravedliv\u00fd. <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ne\u00famysln\u00e9 zabit\u00ed je v\u011bc jin\u00e1, tak\u00e9 z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e1, ale trestu smrti (z rukou krevn\u00edho mstitele)  se \u0161lo vyhnout (je \u0159e\u0161eno \u00fato\u010di\u0161tn\u00fdmi m\u011bsty).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>18 Kdo zabije zv\u00ed\u0159e,\u00a0nahrad\u00ed ho: \u017eivot za \u017eivot.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>h.: ubije du\u0161i z.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adekv\u00e1tn\u00ed n\u00e1hrada je dosta\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed. P\u0159edstava, jak to prob\u00edhalo, je ale drsn\u00e1. Synov\u00e9 Izraele u\u010dinili\u00a0tak, jak p\u0159ik\u00e1zal Hospodin Moj\u017e\u00ed\u0161ovi.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>B\u016fh vyu\u017eil moment\u00e1ln\u00ed situace k tomu, aby Moj\u017e\u00ed\u0161ovi nadiktoval \u010di p\u0159ipomenul n\u011bkolik obecn\u00fdch z\u00e1kon\u016f.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ohledn\u011b prokl\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00edho mu\u017ee bylo ji\u017e rozhodnuto a trest byl vykon\u00e1n. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nemohlo mu ani neu\u0161kodilo, \u017ee byl jen polovi\u010dn\u00edm \u017didem &#8211; pat\u0159il pod jurisdikci Izraele. Rozhodl se tam \u017e\u00edt a z\u00e1kony se na n\u011bj vztahovaly.
